For the last 2 + weeks we've been living across the hall from our new Nepalize friends.
They make the best food. I love Indian food and it is much like Indian food.
I named each of them because their real names are very difficult to remember and pronounce. There is one named Head Cook, one named Assistant Cook, Commander and Newlywed. The fifth guy is someone they work with and he comes for dinner a lot but doesn't live here.
Many nights they walk out of the kitchen with an extra plate for me. :) Did I mention I love their food? (oh, and by the way, please do not look at me in that picture. It's a horrific picture. but feel free to look at my new friends.)
It's like our new Nepalize family. When they began their new assignments around the country I felt like a Momma having to watch her kids leave. I was so sad to see them go.
There's still two of them left. But they are leaving soon. :(
They are so proud that Alex wants to be a doctor in India someday. They already told us how to find them when she gets to India.
It's pretty cool that God would bring these new friends into our lives. Who knew we'd come to Liberia to make friends from Nepal.
